The Life and Adventures of Peter Freuchen
Currently we are developing a theatre show with our amazing collaborators about the Danish arctic explorer and writer Peter Freuchen and his extraordinary life.
In October 2024 we held an exploratory R&D with 11 performers to explore Peter Freuchen's life and extraordinary experiences. We are grateful to have received support from all those involved and especially from Artspace Lifespace who gave us the space at Sparks in the centre of Bristol to work in.
We are currently working on the script that came from that initial R&D and are seeking other collaborators and funders who want to work with us to bring his incredible story to life.
No Ordinary Joe
Persiflage Productions is also working on a screen play of the life of Joe Fagan the Liverpool Football Club coach and Manager.
The infamous LFC Bootroom came into existence because of him and as a manager he was the first English manager to win three major trophies, called the treble, in a single season and is one of only four English managers to win the European cup. And yes, Rachael is related to him, he is her grandfather.
